process, it is very important that you institute a program
of regular but simple maintenance. This upkeep will protect
your home’s value and your peace of mind. This program of
homeowner maintenance should start from the day you move in,
and is particularly important during your first few months
in your new home. We recommend that you read thoroughly all
the warranties on your home and appliances.
